I think India is the only country where straight men hold hands while walking on the street, hanging out in malls and don't get frowned upon.
India is also the only secular country to have couples, with completely conventional sexual preferences, humiliated and their faces blackened if they hold hands in public, hang out in public parks and exchange gifts.

Achan, I firmly believe that unfortunately majority of the population would not logically reason, or think about any burning issue or talk of the town. They would instead have preconceived notions, and being democratic- or vocal about your ideas, opinion, preferences (may it be sexual)is the biggest offense!
